The LivingJoy Network is a community of friends dedicated to living joyfully while healing and creating to give ourselves a better life and make the planet a better place. We just came onto the Internet in Fall 2008, and are rapidly growing our global offerings.
Everyone is welcome here. If you walked into the room, the LivingJoy folks would give you a hug or a handshake - your choice. Please feel safe, and come in to relax, to grow, and to learn.
When people come to our site, they ask, "What are all the rainbows?"
The rainbow is a sign of wonder, hope, and promise. The sight of a rainbow reopens the heart to childlike joy. The rainbow colors of LivingJoy are an invitation to breathe in this very moment, and return to joy.

Livingjoy is like that. Come here to learn to stay healthy, or to become healthy if you are ill. If you are stressed and overwhelmed - and who isn't, these days - come to relax. Come to LivingJoy to learn to make your dreams come true.
There is a natural rhythm to the seasons. Twice each season - every six weeks - we launch a new program. Growing naturally in balance each year, we give ourselves the opportunity for healthy balance and transformational growth.
Who We Are

Mary Sarah Agliotta, singer-songwriter, dancer-choreographer, social artist and advocate for Mother Earth.
I have discovered a there is a power of Love deep within each of us. When others are reactive and hurtful, I can dwell in a place of love and not react. I simply take the moment when I feel the fear and adrenaline, and go inside and go deeper into myself. When I go to that deep place, I find the support inside myself. I hold myself in Love. I dwell in Essence and the moment passes; it is transformed. I pray for my vision for the relationship. I might say, "I want to see my friend and I communicate in a loving way where there isn't harm. I see my friend feeling more love for himself and for me." I see this in my mind, and this is my prayer. I ask for us to see what will get us through from the pain to my vision. As a member of the LivingJoy team, I have heard for many years that if I go within, I will find the place of Love. Now, I live this myself each day. My commitment to daily meditation and yoga made the difference. I find that problems transforms within hours or days. This is true even when the situation involves very serious, so-called incurable physical and psychological illnesses.

Walter Sargent is a rare combination of graphic artist, computer programmer, and musician. He is LivingJoy's IT Designer and Director, the drummer of the band that is the team that makes The LivingJoy Network website. Walter says, "Joining LivingJoy has helped me integrate art, life, and work. I'm shifting from driving towards perfection to enjoying the pursuit of quality. I now see the value of this drive as a desire to bring quality to my life and to the world in all that I do. Quality is about beauty and joy, and also about greater productivity and better business solutions. I'm learning to feel less pressure and more confidence. I hope to inspire and lead as I continue to grow.
"I love the complexity of life. In computer programming, art, and music, I like cross-domain challenges. I write computer programs that write other computer programs. I haven't yet written a computer program that writes songs, but that would be a fun challenge."

Valerie Leeds is Marketing Director for the Living Joy Network.
In this moment of my life, I am a powerful, inspiring, loving: yogini, light warrior, bodywork and energy therapist with Access Energy Transformation. My vision is that I am a source for generating a loving and connected world of people who have their inner lights turned on! I am being loving and connected and in support of others to be the same each day. The concept of loving awareness that Sid teaches in the LivingJoy Network is all about being this Source in authenticity. We can do this by using awareness of our selves to make moment to moment choices about how we relate with self, others, and the planet in a loving way.
My young and growing Invigorate U site is a social network designed to give everyone a place to find services, tools, ideas, videos that support all areas of your being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual in loving awareness and accessing your consciousness.
Kris Lindbeck is an author, professor, and graphic artist. She writes, "Sid and I met over half our lifetimes ago. We didn't have a clue what we were getting into when we committed to a lifelong journey of learning to love. We continue to grow in it every day. And it gets easier as we go. In the last year or two, working with LivingJoy has helped me cope with and nearly overcome chronic illness and become able to do more than I had ever dreamed. I used to be overwhelmed. Now, each month, while working as a professor - taking care of over 30 students who come to my classes to learn and grow - I also am finishing a scholarly book, writing poetry, and bringing my art onto the web.

Where We Are
Sid and Kris live in Boca Raton, Florida, and Sid offers experiential workshops in South Florida and across the continent.
The whole LivingJoy family is spread all over North America. We are dedicated to healing ourselves and helping others. We are dedicated to living in Loving Awareness every day and every breath of every day. In this steady Loving Awareness, we discover that most of our unhappiness comes from between our own ears. And we learn joy, peace, and calm through looking at ourselves lovingly and gently shifting the beliefs that create unhappiness.
As we do this, our own lives come into order. Chronic health problems disappear. Financial problems come under control. Our relationships grow in trust and in love.
At that point, we are grateful for life. We feel generous and creative, and we can afford to be. So we begin to share.
Sometimes, sharing is local, among our family and friends. Most of us have aging parents, children with special needs, family members with illness or financial distress, dear friends who need a hand.
And, because we are healing ourselves, we can lend a hand. We can help others.
Sharing takes another form, as well. And that is creativity. Artistic expression - in art, music, words, and more, brings harmony to life. Harmony brings happiness and joy. Creativity, in fact, is the extension of healing. Once we are healthy, it is naturally to keep going, keep growing, keep making life more and more wonderful.
The LivingJoy network is a global community of family and friends who heal ourselves, help each other, and help others heal, discover themselves, create and share.
What We Offer
LivingJoy offers inspiration and tools to return to and remain in our natural state of radiant love. Radiant Love, or Loving Awareness, is our natural birthright. We can learn to re-ignite our hearts and keep our heart fires burning in all situations. We live in light and joy, illuminating the world. We also offer tools to embrace, understand, and solve the problems all of us face - whether it's about love, or money, or health, or anything else.
Much of what we offer is for free. Some of it is for sale. All of it will give you opportunity for joy and a better life.
Our gifts and tools are available on the Internet, and also locally in South Florida, USA.
We will be constantly adding new inspiration and tools to this site. In addition, we offer teleseminars. Personal, Spiritual, and Business Coaching are also available by email and by phone.
Sid Kemp and the core LivingJoy team live in South Florida, between Miami and Palm Beach. We offer regional workshops, including both evening and day-long events.
